SF6 Gas Mixing Dynamic Distribution System MDD-SF6 is an environment-friendly equipment, featuring automatic gas mixing, instrument calibration and instrument verification functionality in one unit. The new design of double diagonal side ventilation and integrated installation technology in a closure rack are originated from and authorized by the German manufacturer. The whole unit is composed of calibration device for automatic gas mixer, workbench for instruments under test/calibration and ventilation. The independent ventilation meets the European laboratory fume hood testing standards. The MDD-SF6 has a simple and smooth frame with easy operation. It offers a pollution-free and safe environment-friendly condition for users who carry out instrument calibration and verification in the laboratory as well as Institute of Metrology.

Principle
Using mass flow to mix 10-8 ~ 10-2 various concentrations of trace gases
Functionality
Automatic mix gas: the device is a computer intelligent gas mixer, all the operating functions are completed by the touch screen of the gas mixer, input the name and concentration of the gases that need to be prepared and diluted, by pressing the touch screen a few times, 10 seconds or so a standard gas of correct concentration is ready;
Automatic calibration: according to the nature of different gases and the environment temperature under experiment, automatic correct flow volume;
Mix multiple sets of gas, or one type of gas at the same time;
Choose different background gas for various configuration (N2, SF6, Air... )
Use of gas: mixed standard gas can be used, also can be charged into the cylinder or air bag to off-site use.
